陈页帆Rhea Tan

陈页帆是马来西亚声音教育导师、专业歌手与国内外歌唱赛事评审，现任 HOUR TALENT ACADEMY 创办人／院长，并担任土耳其专业声音保养与练声品牌 DOCTORVOX 马来西亚唯一授权负责人。她拥有逾 20 年舞台与赛事经验、8 年系统化教学实践，并已指导超过 450 位学员；专业横跨现场演唱、声音开发训练、课程研发、赛事评审与大型活动策划。

Rhea Tan is a Malaysian voice educator, performing artist and singing adjudicator, founder and director of HOUR TALENT ACADEMY, and the sole authorized Malaysian representative of DOCTORVOX, the Turkish professional vocal care and voice-training brand. Her evidence-informed practice integrates international training systems, applied voice anatomy and more than two decades of real-world stage experience to develop expressive, efficient and sustainable voices.
